CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based on constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high level of intensity. It is a broad and inclusive system that promotes the fitness required for life, from the soccer mom carrying children and groceries to the Special Forces soldier lugging 100 lbs. of gear.
While it may seem intimidating, the program is designed for universal scalability, meaning every workout can be modified to fit your current abilities. We utilize components from every athletic domain for our workouts, including calisthenics, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, rowing, sprinting, and many others. Our workouts are different every day, but are always exciting and challenging.
Most people go to the gym day in and day out, performing the same routine with little to no results. Our program is designed to get you the results you want in the shortest amount of time possible.
At CrossFit Aiken, there will always be a certified CrossFit trainer to guide through the workout of the day. We strive for quality over quantity while working out because safety is paramount.
You do not have to be in shape or have prior training experience to do CrossFit. Every workout can be, and will be, tailored to your current fitness level. As you progress, the workouts will become more challenging and you will see and feel yourself becoming stronger.
